im going to repost about what happen during the three days.

FRIDAY
went to school and back home to change for pop.
pop was tiring but efforts were really apprecitated.
early dismissal from pop. so attended camp earlier.
went out with rx to rm.
seriously we are like dehydrating on our way there.
so went to buy some large coke and share.
and after a while it was gone.haha. and of course,
shui tong drank it.haha. den went back sch for dinner.
seriously seeing the juniors kena punishment wasn't a good feeling.
it reminded me of how i was in sec 1 and how much more severe their punishments are compared to ours.
after that was dinner. din really eat much.
went to set up ghost tunnel.
unpleasant things unfortunately happen.
but all these things are not within our control.
and aparantly i fell down too. ok.so after that was night trail.
did not really suceeded like how it was planned.
debrief was the worse.
the sec 3 leaders were really tired as i could see.
den went to bathe at ard 2 plus i think. so shuang la.
den stayed up for the whole night to do some orienteering stuff.
and acc. some for sentry. thats all for first day.

SATURDAY
so another day. packed up all the mess.
and went our for orienteering. some of them were really cute.
i can see improvement especially in the sec 2s. thanks yvonne for leading the group without any complaints. you really grew up alot. continue the good job k.
after that was outdoor cooking. it was disastrous. i almost got my hand chopped off la. still in the very dizzy state. luckily cherly was there to remind me.
den went for campfire prep.
our campfire item was quite a sucess i think.
and i must say sorry to npcc sec 2s that they din get to perform.
SORRY! the emcees did quite a good job too as their first time.
what happen was not what we wanted too.
whats over is over. so after that debrief.
almost all cried. all the efforts that we put in all went down to the drain.
but we did not really blame them. its not their fault.
and sorry yvonne, i made you cried.
so was quite tired the 2nd night. slept at 130.
thats all for the second day

SUNDAY
something happen. shall not say.
was quite angry with them.
but ya. so taught the sec 2s sign lang. for pledge.
hopefully they will still rmbr.
had a lil' talk with them.
imj just trying to put their comments to test which i think that will make guides better.
and in the end, i got scolded. like wth la. i only asked you not to shout too much and you misinterpret what i said. forget it la.
camp ended.
was very tired went home to sleep.
sch next day.

so went to sch for this whole week.
and i practically cannot concentrate during lessons.
i tried my best alr.
was pop after that. omg la!
so tedious k. i think all the sec 4s ever thought of giving up the trainings.
but still we perservere.

the seniors really appreciated your efforts.
and i can see that deborah, bernadette and rena improved alot.
and for the rest. good job.
we understand how you feel.
this is the first time you all run a camp.
its ok. CHEERUP:)
after we grad., we hope we could see a better job.
and hopefully guides will become a better place for everyone.

to: all sec 2s.
you all really grew up after the camp.
the past one year was a fruitful one for all of us.
from misunderstandings, we became closer to one another.
some became more responsible.
sec 2s, work harder .
we believe you could do it.

to: sec ones
sorry if you all did not enjoy yourself during the camp
and to disappoint you all.
but leadership was displayed among you all.
